APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PATTERSON FOUNDATION OF SARASOTA AND THE SCHOOL BOARD OF SARASOTA COUNTY
Description
This is an agreement between the Patterson Foundation of Sarasota and the School District of Sarasota County to fund the IT Project Coordinator for the Cultural Connections platform development during the 2010-2011 school year.
Recommendation
That the agreement between the Patterson Foundation of Sarasota and the School Board of Sarasota County be approved as presented.

Financial Impact
There is no additional financial cost to the district. The Patterson Foundation will make payments to the district to fund the IT Project Manager contract in the amount not to exceed $2,014.26.
